The Storm

I walked to Wal-Mart to get some sleeping medication and I walked through one HELL of a thunderstorm. I thought I would make it back to my apartment before the sky unleashed it's fury, but I was wrong. Very wrong.

After turning the corner to my street, a huge gust of wind threw my Universal Orlando umbrella out of my hand and sent it tumbling along the grass. I quickly put my camera in the plastic bag that held my sleepy-time meds and took off to catch it. Unfortunately, it is now broken and that makes me pretty sad. One less memento of my years working in the theme parks. :(
