Random Update!

Okay, so do you see it? The couple holding hands? Am I crazy?

It's been a long time since I have updated the blog, so I thought a random photo update would be in order.

Scary Dolls

Tis' the season to be scared, right?

With Autumn and Halloween approaching I thought I would walk to the local antique store and take some photos of the old dolls they have for sale. Dolls have always scared me, same with clowns.

The Flag

The flags were flying at half mast today in honor of Mr. Kennedy, so I took the opportunity to get some close-up shots of one of the largest flags in the area.

The Storm

I walked to Wal-Mart to get some sleeping medication and I walked through one HELL of a thunderstorm. I thought I would make it back to my apartment before the sky unleashed it's fury, but I was wrong. Very wrong.

After turning the corner to my street, a huge gust of wind threw my Universal Orlando umbrella out of my hand and sent it tumbling along the grass. I quickly put my camera in the plastic bag that held my sleepy-time meds and took off to catch it. Unfortunately, it is now broken and that makes me pretty sad. One less memento of my years working in the theme parks. :(
